Now here's an idea! Cook a whole chicken or a Coq Au Vin in this cute ceramic chicken cooker from Anthony Stoneware. In the Spring we visited Paul and Tim at their studio beside a rushing mountain stream on the side of Mt. Mitchell in NC. It is truly a beautiful spot and inspires great creativity...and delicious, moist chicken! |
